Question about HP Photosmart C5180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When the Light Cyan cartridge needed to be replaced I put in a new HP cartridge. It still told me that I was out of Cyan Ink. I have even put in another new cartridge but it shows it to be empty and the message that it will soon stop printing. I have only used the Vivera ink in the printer since I bought it. Can you help??

If the issue persists, perform the following steps:
* Remove the crtridges from the unit. Remove the power cord from the back of the product.
* Press and hold down the OK and Help buttons at the same time.
* While holding the buttons down, plug the power cord into the back of the product.
If the issue persists, please service the unit as this is hrdware failure.

Remove all the catridge and restart the printer. then put agiain all the catt.
