Most companies will give you extra screws just in case you lose one.
Just make sure the wholes for your motherboard are screwed down to the mother plate, and make sure the motherboard doesn't touch the motherboard plate, other than the standoffs.
You never know when you might need more screws elsewhere. I always keep the extras. Comes in handy.
