Just a suggestion.
Go to Walmart and get a Scoche adapter kit for your car radio.
It will make it so much easier to do.
But normally the darker colors are the speakers the red orange etc side is power.

Im sittin here with the wiring harness for my 99 altima, and the wiring thing from the back of my pioneer deh p6700MP, i have no clue which ones to match with the other one?

Here's the manual for the Pioneer -->LINK<--.

This is the 2 options of install wiring on a 97 Altima, I'm not sure if it's exactly the same, I suggest that you don't trust these pinout if yours differ at all.

Radio Constant 12V+ Wire: Pink
Radio Switched 12V+ Wire: Blue
Radio Ground Wire: Chassis
Radio Illumination Wire: Red/Green
Radio Dimmer Wire: Red/Yellow
Antenna Trigger Wire: Green/White
Front Speaker Size: 4′ x 6′
Front Speaker Location: Doors
Left Front Speaker Wire (+): Brown
Left Front Speaker Wire (-): Black/Red
Right Front Speaker Wire (+): Light Green
Right Front Speaker Wire (-): Black/Yellow
Rear Speaker Size: 6 1/2′
Rear Speaker Location: Rear Deck
Left Rear Speaker Wire (+): Orange
Left Rear Speaker Wire (-): Black/Pink
Right Rear Speaker Wire (+): Blue
Right Rear Speaker Wire (-): Black/White

THERE IS AN ALTERNATE WIRING COLOR CODE

THERE IS NO CONTACT PIN OR EXISTING WIRE THAT IS GROUND !!!!! (some really strange things happen to aftermarket radios if you think the Red/yellow wire on pin 9 of the 10-pin connector is ground”!!!!!

Large 10-Pin Connector:
Constant Hot (Memory or Clock) =RED wire pin8
Switched (Ignition) Hor = Blue wire pin4
Left Front Speaker + = Blue/white pin1
Left Front Speaker - = Blue/yellow pin5
Right Front Speaker + = Brown pin2
Right Front Speaker - = Brown/white pin6

The Smaller (6-pin) connector is only for the rear Speaker:
Left Rear + = Red pin5
Left Rear - = Green pin4
Right Rear + = Blue pin2
Right Rear - = Pink pin6
