Question about Microsoft Wireless Network Adapter
You might try ensuring that all other IP addresses are cleared. WINS must also be cleared. There are a number of areas in which you can put IP addreses, but in this case, you don't want any. You want to ensure that your system is set to assign an IP address by itself, so that means you must have DHCP set to ON. That is Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, which will set the IP as necessary by itself, and give your second, wireless PC a chance to conect to the internet through yor primary connection, your Belkin Router.
The Belkin, as you see, is set to 192.168.1.30 so your second PC must end up with an IP at least one notch above that, or 192.168.1.31 for it to connect and not conflict.
Clearly a problem is that you're dealing with both Belkin and a second company and due to that, they're not speaking the same language to you and thus to each piece of gear.
Try going the opposite route, and call the second company first, then Bekin second.
Belkin can be a good company, but they can also be difficult to get through to on a logc level.
Or, you can buy an inexpensive D-Link WUA-1340 wireless adapter, which comes with the necessary software and connects to your USB port ... and works like a charm.
I have them on all my PCs in the house, and all 5 PCs connect straight through to the internet through Verion's FiOS and it's a dream setup. Each refurb cost me about $17 but they cost nearly double that new. Either way, it was worth the cost, as I have all PCs available to go out to the internet at the fast speed of FiOs. (FiberOptics). And I'm not sorry I spent the money, even though money is tight here.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

On the second computer do these steps.
Press and hold windows key, press r.
in the run menu type CMD and press enter
type: ipconfig /release (and press enter)
type: ipconfig /flushdns (and press enter)
type: ipconfig /renew (and press enter)
Now can you tell me what it reads on IP and on GATEWAY IP?
After you have written those details down.
Type: ping www.fixya.com (and press enter)
What does it give you?
