the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Wont let me sign on to the network and leaves this number 80720097 on screen ive checked my broadband an theres nothing wrong with it. please let me know what is wrong? email address...

From what I am understanding it sounds that you forgot your Network Key. You can access this information from the Router Administrator Page.
You would need to view your Router IP address.
You can gain this information by going to Start, Run, and type in cmd. Once the Command Prompt opens please type in ipconfig /all.
The IP address that displays in your DNS Server Field is your Router IP.
You need to type this address in your address bar of your Browser. This address should appear as 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x unless this information has been changed
Depending on the type of router you will need to locate the Wireless Settings tab. Your Wireless Password will be in the WPA Field.
If you are unable to login to your router to locate this information, you are able to reset this to the Factory Default by inserting a toothpick, paper clip, hair pin into the reset whole on the back of the router for 10 seconds. This information will be reset to default. I hope this helped.

How do I change my password

Hi to reset your password, please follow these steps --

1.  Open the internet browser of your choice.
2.  Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar.
3.  In the username field select admin
4.  By default the passsword is blank.  If you changed it when you previously setup your router, enter the changed password.
5.  To change the password used to login to  your router, click on Tools in the menu bar at the top of the browser screen.
6.  Under the Admin Password section, you can change the username and the password to login as an administrator.  It is suggested that you change the username and password of your router.
7.  Under the User Password section, you can change the username and password to login as a user.  Logging in as a user allows you to see the settings, however, you are not able to change any of them.

If you would like additional information, please ask.  Also, if you would like information on setting up your wireless, please post that question.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY WPA NUMBER?

If you have a wireless computer operating properly on your network already, then you can download this utility.

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&softwareitem=mp-88884-1

Once downloaded onto your computer, install the program and run it.
It will pop up a little screen and you will the option to "Start."
Press start and let it do it's little scan (it's very quick).
When it finishes, click on Advanced Tools.
On the Adcanced Tools page on the right side you will see a button named "Retrieve WPA/WEP Key" click on that.

If you do not have a wireless comptuer already on your network then you will have to login to your router and navigate to the Wireless/Wireless Security page and copy down the WPA or WEP key that is there.

To login to your router you must type the IP Address of the router into the address bar of a web browser such as Internet Explorer, FIrefox, Chrome, etc.

If you do not know the IP Address of your router then you must go into command prompt to retrieve it.

On a computer that is plugged into the router by an ethernet cable, go to Start and click on Run, in the Run window type CMD and press enter. In Vista or Windows 7, go to the Start Orb and type CMD into the search bar, then select command prompt from the popup menu.

Now that you're in command prompt, type IPCONFIG and press enter.
Look for Default Gateway and write down the IP Address that is the right of it (that is your router's IP Address).

Now that you have typed your router's IP Address into the address bar of a web browser, the login window for your router should have popped up.
At this point type in your login information. If you have never made any changes to the login information then it should still be the default.

Username = admin
Password = password
(this is the default login information for the NetGear WGR614, if you actually have a different router then go to this website for the default login information for your router http://www.phenoelit-us.org/dpl/dpl.html).

Cant find wep key

If you have a wireless computer on your network and it is operating with the WEP key, then download and install this utility.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&softwareitem=mp-88884-1
Open the program and select "Start" it will do it's little scan and then when it finishes you should click on the Advanced Tools button. On the Advanced Tools page on the right+hand side, you will see a button that says Retrieve WPA/WEP Key, click on that.

If you do not have a wireless computer on your network, then you will have to find the WEP key in the router. On a computer that is plugged into the router by an Ethernet cable, go to Start, click on Run and in the Run window type CMD and press enter to bring up command prompt. In Vista and Windows 7, go to the Start Orb and type CMD into the Search bar, right+click on CMD in the pop up window and select Run As Administrator. Now that you're in command prompt type IPCONFIG /ALL and look for Default Gateway, that's your router's IP address, write that IP address down.
Now open up a web browser (firefox, internet explorer, Chrome, etc.) and type that IP Address into the address bar. Now your router login window will pop up, type in your login information for you router. The default login information for that router should be an empty username and
password = admin
Now that you're in your router, navigate to your Wireless>Wireless security page and right down the WEP key that is selected. That is your WEP key!

I hope this helps! If it does not, please comment back and let us know!

Cannot get Yahoo to sync with Outlook with Windows 7.

How do I set up Yahoo! Sync?

1. Configure which applications to sync
- Yahoo! Sync synchronizes Yahoo!:
  • Address Book
  • Calendar
- Yahoo! Sync can sync one way or two way.
  • 2 – way, Changes you make to either Yahoo! calendar or Outlook Calendar will sync to the other side.
  • 1 – way : From Outlook to Yahoo!, Outlook will be your source of truth. Any changes you make in Outlook will be synced to Yahoo! but changes made in Yahoo! will not sync to Outlook.
  • 1 – way : From Yahoo! to Outlook, Yahoo! will be your source of truth. Any changes you make in Yahoo! will be synced to Outlook but changes made in Outlook will not sync to Yahoo!.
2. Configure how often Yahoo! Sync will synchronize changes

  • Automatic sync ensures that your data stays up-to-date between Outlook and Yahoo at all times. It also ensures that you have fewer opportunities for data conflict. We strongly suggest that you enable Automatic sync by selecting Yes, then clicking Next. 30 or 60 minutes is the recommended interval.
  • If the Manual Sync option is selected, Yahoo! Sync will only synchronize your data when you initiate it. Just click the orange Yahoo! Sync icon in the task bar at the bottom right of your screen and select “Sync Now”.
  • Even if automatic sync is enabled, you can manually initiate a sync whenever you like. Just click the orange Yahoo! Sync icon in the task bar at the bottom right of your screen and select “Sync Now”.
  • Click Next.
3. Yahoo ID and password
Before starting your very first sync, Yahoo! Sync will ask you for your Yahoo! username and password. Use the same username and password you would use when logging into other Yahoo! services. Remember that your username and password is case-sensitive. Enter your information carefully.
Outlook users: Outlook may be configured to ask for your username and password whenever Outlook is used. This step only applies to you if, when you open Outlook, you’re asked to enter a username and password. If this applies to you, enable auto-login on Outlook. Here’s how: go to the Windows “Control Panel” and double click “Mail”. Click “Show Profiles”. Select “Always use this profile” and select the profile you want to sync to.
Tip: Your username and password will be safely stored on your computer. We store your username and password in a secure format and will occasionally ask you to confirm the password for added security.
4. Finish
Once you click Finish, your first sync will automatically begin. You can tell when a sync is in progress because the orange icon in the bottom right corner of your computer will be spinning. If you have a lot of contact or calendar information the first sync can take a lot of time.

Yahoo Local Affliliation

When you login, go to your account options, found at the top right side of the page when you are on the Yahoo! Mail main screen. Then choose Mail Options, and proceed to the next page. Choose Account Information (on the left), and you may have to login to your account once more. If you need to, do so, and then click Edit next to Address/Contact Information. Change your country as necessary, save it, and click Finished.

Hope this is of assistance to you. Please don't forget to rate this solution and have a good evening.
