This can be several things. Defrost timer is stuck in defrost, thermostat is defective, Adaptive Defrost defective, start relay defective or start capacitor defective. If you can find the model number on the bottom frame of refrigerator be behind fresh food door, see if you find a number like 213.54879 for example. If you can find that number I will be able to see your exact model and lead you to the problem faster. If you find the defrost timer turn it slowly clockwise until the compressor starts. If the thermostat is defective try unplugging refigerator remove the cover over the thermostat and check for continuity across both male connectiond with the wires removed or join the two ends of the wire together with a short wire taking care not to allow the wire to touch anything as you replug in the refrigerator. If not there the we will move down to compressor to feel if warm, hot, cold. We may need to check the start relay and start capacitor. Most times the defrost timer or adaptive defrost is founs behind the control panel next to the thermostat. I will need to get the complete model number to tell you excatctly what you have. Please unplug fridge befor touching any electrical parts Thank you, Sea Breeze

Yours has a defrost timer inside the fresh food section and behind the control panel. There should be a small opening you can place a screwdriver through to turn clock wise. If compressor comes on the part number for the timer is 482493 There may be a plastic plug over the opening to hide the hole. There is a photo of your control panel on bottom of page at this link ==> http://appliancepartseast.blogspot.com/

You can get the part at this site =>

Let me know what happens when you turn the timer. If it works then the timer need replaced if not we need to check something else. Thank You Sea Breeze

Possibly a weak battery or poor earth / starter wiring that's only showing issue when current demand is high.

Do i need to plug in my mitsubishi outlander in cold weather

if the engine has provision for coolant and oil heating for cold weather then it would be very advisable to use it
It stops slow oil circulation from very heavy oil and stops chances of the coolant freezing and cracking the block and heads .

Won't start when cold

The cold start valve could need replacing. Also when cold, condensate gets on the wiring causing it to run rough until things warm up. Try covering it up at night. Check your plugs are OK.

ARB2214CW freezer not cold Set At coldest over night no change to temp.

It could be to cold , sometimes the Freon coils will freeze and that will make it not be as cold so turn the freezer down all the way or un plug for a day or so to let those coils defrost then turn it up again.

Cold start? Won't start?

assuming its only starting cold in the morning after sitting all night. try plugging it in at night. if your suv doesnt have a plug-in buy a block heater from your local hardwear store and that should fix your problem.

Check your in line water filter if you have one. It probably still has ice in it. Also, you can unplug unit, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. Sometimes this will "reset" the timers.

When it is cold you have to plug them in. Where do you live? Does it have a heater probe. If it is cold climate you need to plug it in at night,
