You will be asked for the old password before setting the new one

Hi! In order to reset the BIOS password for your toshiba laptop, you need to bring the NB to the nearest Authorized Service Provider for Toshiba since only a certified Toshiba Technician can reset the BIOS Password. The technician will remove the jumper inside the laptop which is integrated on the motherboard and the BIOS Password will be reset.
