Question about Epson CX8400 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I changed my ink cartridges when prompted to (even though the ones I had were new) and it still gives me the exact same error message that I need to change my still brand new, unused yellow, blue and red cartridges. It won't even let me scan even though that has simply nothing to do with what levels my ink cartridges are.
Call Epson tech support and then Get a CISS for your printer. It will save you TONS of MONEY, never change a cartridge again and it will pay for itself in a month.
