How do i fix a lifegear treadmill 97520?

Try below:

ERROR CODE
DESCRIPTION
E1
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph faster than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop immediately when the console detects this error.
E2
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph slower than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop 16 seconds later after the console detects this
error.
Troubleshooting / Resetting error codes
In the rare event of the treadmill displaying an error code ("E" followed by a number), simply reset
the computer by:
1. Step off the treadmill. Ensure that you are clear of the running belt.
2. Turn the treadmill off at the master power switch located near the motor housing.
WARNING: Ensure nothing is positioned near or under running belt which may possibly block
it's normal operation.
3. Turn the treadmill on at the master power switch.
4. Ensure that the Safety Tether Key is securely and properly installed onto the console or just
reinstalling the Safety Tether Key can also reset the display.
If the above does not clear the error code, please contact the nearest Dealer/Service Center

Error E1 on star trak treadmill

please test the speed sensor. see the diagram attached .This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a faulty motor control board test the output voltage for input voltage terminal power if there are NOT the board is faulty . The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1.

I have just used my LIME MT9 treadmill for the first time and it keeps stopping every few minutes with an E01 error message.

lube the deck belt and proceed according. However you must readjust the speed sensor + Reed switc. Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and fix it. see the diagram attached.
God bless you

You must try a) LUBE very well the Deck belt and walking belt b) Recalibrate the machine.
If after this situation persist.
You must replace the EPROM(software is coming inside, and can be corrupt), call to the company.

Treadmill powers off when pressing Incline Increase "br 1" error

You may have a beltand deck problem. Test by the following procedure:
without the poweron stand on the walking belt, push the belt in the, direction it normally turns. If the belt is very difficult to turn (on most treadmill this means that you have high belt/deck friction I first apply silicone lubricant between the belt & deck to see if that clears up the problem. Most problems originate from the belt and deck 75 to 85% of the time

New free spirit treadmill - L5 code what does it mean?

Yeah - the sensor is the problem... It is magnetic... You can find it next to the wheel on the belt - It is fairly small.... There is a metal disc in the wheell on the belt that is a magnet.. As it passes by the sensor - the sensor registers the magnet and can simply calculate speed based on the frequency of the passes... Sometimes the sensor slides too far back and ergo can`t register the magnet passing by - Then you get the L5 error...
