Question about Panda Antivirus Pro 2009 - 3 User for PC
Recently bought panda global protection for 3 users, installed in 2 computers and got the same problem in both. basically everything turns green, or working, except for the antivirus function. it has a red dot and when i pressed "solve" it tells me that i need to restart the comp. after restarting, i get the same red dot and it tells me to restart again. keeps doing this and its getting me frustrated. help please!
There is a hotfix that addresses that issue here below, make sure that you are using Global Protection 2009 as there are different hotfixes for other versions of the software.

Have you tried to turn it on in safe mode (pressing F2 or F8 repeatedly during beginning startup) and then run a scan
