The first thing I would try is buy a can of compressed air and give your keyboard a good cleaning. There may be stuff under the keys that are letting them work. Was there any liquid spilled on the keyboard?

Toshiba equium m70 laptop series video controller compatible driver

This is a discontinued Toshiba product, so you'll need to go to the following link to download the drivers:

Once on that link, select the product type as 'Archived files', it'll then display this series as an option under 'Family' and 'Product series'. Just select the appropriate options such as 'Operating System', 'Driver type' etc. and click on 'Search' or 'Submit query' and you should be able to find the driver that you're looking for.

Half of the keyboard of toshiba equim laptop is not working normally

This might be an age issue or the keys under the keyboard is aged that it stops working or if say like someone spilled something on the keys damaging the board under the keys I recommend replacing the keys or use a USB pluged keyboard

My son has spilt coke on the laptop 1 key not working O

If you spill drinks on a keyboard, something is bound to break, and apparantly only the O key did... The only way to fix it is to get a new keyboard, I'm sorry. I hope this helps, Yannick.

Toshiba Equium Laptop keyboard not operating correctly

There has been a lot of talk around this computer lately about the same problem you are having. It has something to do with the plug that plugs into the mother board it self.

Trying to help my mom turn on the sound of her Toshiba Equium

The first thing to try is clicking once on the speaker icon in windows. if that is not muted double click on it and make sure the volume is turned on for all the file types and devices. If not the issue there is no "normal" configuration but there is a function key that mutes your sound or a volume wheel of some type on the side

Toshiba a60 laptop keyboard problem

it's possible that the keyboard is broken somehow, and a key is jammed: from what you're saying, probably the E key.

try checking the keyboard to see if anything is jammed.  if that doesn't work, try plugging in an external keyboard, if possible.
