Install windos xp sp2 from pendrive

i have a laptop but its cd rome is not workig its window is corrpted i want to instal windows from pen drive throw usb. how can i coy the bootable windows from cd to pen drive.
please solve my provlum as soon as posibale

ok this should be simple, While your computer starts to boot, before windows screen, keep pushing F2 to enter the bios setup. Set it to boot from usb first under boot order. Also make sure boot from usb is enabled under advanced
