How do I down load photo's from my Samsung 2 phone please

First make sure you have the correct USB drivers for your phone installed on your pc. Go to device manager and see if your phone or mass storage device is listed. If not, download the drivers here, http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads. Make sure debugging on your phone is enabled. Please refer to the following:

  1. To set the Samsung Galaxy S2 to USB Mass Storage (MSC) mode, go into "Settings > Applications > Development" and enable "USB debugging".

  2. Then drag the status bar down and tap on "USB connected".

  3. The "USB connected" screen with the large green Android icon will appear. Tap on "Connect USB storage".

A confirmation dialog box will appear. Tap "OK". The green Android icon will turn orange, indicating that the phone is now in USB Mass Storage mode and should now appear as USB disk drives in "Devices with Removable Storage" and be assigned drive letters.

Can not connect my mobile phone to my laptop

You have to enable the feature USB mode: Mass Storage on most phones to get a connection that is similar to a flash drive.
If your phone's operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1,6.5.x or Windows Phone 7 you need a software called Mobile Device Center to make an Active Sync connection.
If your phone is an Android powered one, you should use Android SDK to connect it to your PC.

How do i download pictures on my computer

New Blackberries, such as your Curve, can act as a usb "memory stick" by enabling "USB mass storage." once you connect the BB to your PC through the USB cable, it should ask if you want to enable mass storage. Select yes, goto 'My Computer" on your PC, then click on the drive that your computer has associated it with.

If you do not have your pictures on the microsd card, you can always email your self the photo.

Hope this helps,
BReady

Connect your phone to your computer again and get through the process again. After selecting the Mass Storage. You can go to your computer on the desktop and check if you can see the icon for your phone. If you do see it then go ahead and double click on it. If it opens and shows you the files in it, then it means that the problem is solve.

My compter does not regonize my LG Dare or Sd Card? How can I sync music to my LG Dare with the software. My carrier is Telus and I did not get the cd with any of the downloads to do so?

In order for the phone to work with ur pc u have to set/change the connectivity.

Go into Phone settings, then Connectivity, then USB Connection Mode, then select either Mass storage or Data Service, to use Mass Storage you must have a Memory card inserted into the phone, then you can select mass storage and use your phone as an external hard drive/memory stick. In this mode u can only transfer pics, music, videos etc from pc to phone and vice versa via your Computer Windows Explorer.
It will not enable you to use the LG PC suite Application. To use the LG PC suite, you must select Data Service, then connect your phone to the PC via a USB port.

How can i download pictures on my SGH-G800 to my computer?

The quickest way to do this is to put your phone into Mass Storage Mode then connect it via the USB cable to your computer. Your phone shows up as a USB Mass Storage Device and you can select the folders you want to download your pictures from.

To set your phone to Mass Storage Mode, do the following:

- Go to the main menu
- Select Settings
- Then Select Phone Settings
- Choose PC Connections from the menu
- And then click on Mass Storage.

When you connect the USB cable to your computer, your phone will show up as a USB Storage device and you can just copy and past files to it like you would a USB Thumb drive. If you select the Samsung PC Studio option...your file transfers will take ALL DAY. Just use Mass Storage mode. Good luck.
