Question about Samsung YP-U3 MP3 Player
I have a problem with my new samsung YP-U4 mp3 player. Successfully loaded Samsung EmoDio Samsung media software, but when I try to transfer files the message reads 'flile transfer failed'. I can use Windows Media Player to transfer files, but I don't think this will let me manage the files in the same way as I can't then access a list of the files saved to the player - just the ones ready to copy over. Should I try formatting or resetting the player, or is Windows stopping the Samsung software operating?
The emodio software has a lot of glitches. you can go to mu computer and open player then select sub category then select music or what ever you want. drop and drag files. if video you must convert with emodio then drag from default convert location(C:\Users\Laptop 2\Video)

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
