Why does the split unit blow hot air in air conditioner mode, when switched on with the remote control.

because you have the temperature set at 28 degrees celcuis . Change the temperature to 18 degrees and it will cool 28 is hotter
It is a reverse cycle air conditioner it will warm the room if you set temperature to 28 degrees . Set it lower and it will blow out cold air.
Have exact same air conditioner as I recognise the remote control.
point it at the air conditioner when altering the temperature setting.
Check under the slide compartment also on the remote for more advanced settings.

My samsung ductless air conditioners work great except the remote only works for one out of the three. amd yes there are new batteries in the remote. how do i program the remote for the other units?

Ductless? I assume you mean you have separate split systems? Samsung, like al lot of Manufacturers obtain units from different suppliers. The other 2 machines may be different models from different factories. The remotes for these wont work on machines from a different place, even though the brands are the same.

Kelvinator Split System Air Conditioner not turning on.

On some remotes there is a reset button which is pressed by using the nib of a pen. Or if this does not work you should look under the cover for a manual button, most units have one, and see if the aircon responds. I suspect your remote sensor is faulty, but try the previous suggestions first.
