Question about Samsung ML-2510 Laser Printer
This is a new printer that makes a lot of noise moving paper through - far more than the ML 2250 I had been using. Once the paper goes behind the toner it begins to fold up and refuses to travel any further, it never appears in the output tray or in the top rollers. The red error light comes on until the paper is dragged out but then the whole process starts again.
I recently had the same problem with my samsung printer. I was using cheap paper to print on. I took a trip to officemax and low and behold, there's this paper there that muli-purpose made by Hammermill. Right on the front of the package it says 99.99% jam free. I bought it, used it, and it completely fixed the problem. It's a little more expensive, but it was much more expensive having keep throwing away perfectly good paper that got wrinkled up and jammed. I hope this helps!!

I purchased the printer new in a box from ebay. Samsung agreed to repair the printer under guarantee. The repair shop has fixed the printer easily apparently. There was a gear out of line which once readjusted ensured the printer works properly. I have not taken the printer apart myself but this should be straight forward. No need attempt if the printer is still under guarantee.
