Question about RCA HD52W59 HDTV Projection Television
Dear Reader I bought the RCA projection television model #HD52W59 television. This TV is in my Rec room and only has about 200 hrs. on it. It worked with no problems for about 2 years. Then it wouldn't turn on at all. I called for service and the tech informed me the circuit board was ''no good'' unsure what to do after the news I just did nothing for several months. Then I plugged it for the heck of it and it worked great for several months. Now the tv won't turn on again, and it blinks 2 fast green flashes at the power button. I'm very skeptical calling for service as I believe it was miss diagnosed on the first service call. Any suggestions for me?
Most techs dont know much about the ITC222A chassis which is what your model is. I would double check the ribbon cables that connect the Main deflection board and signal board. There are two of them just be sure they are proerly seated into their sockets as Those connections can cause that type of random operation
