Radio security codes from the factory are always included with the owner's manual. Many new car buyers remove the "code cards" and/or owner's manuals for whatever reason, and are lost forever. The only alternative is to contact a Honda dealer and provide VIN number and possibly the serial number from the radio itself (located on the bottom of the unit).

Aftermarket CD players can be reset, but different models and manufactures use different way to get this done. You might contact a dealer for your brand of CD player. Let's look at it this way, if was an easy fix, there wouldn't be any reason to have a security code, as then anyone that stole a radio with a code could just unlock it. It IS a theft-deterrent system!!! I know it's a pain to have to deal with when you buy a car that has such a radio and no one gave you the code to turn your radio back on when it loses power. I've been there, as well, I've sold a vehicle with a Kenwood CD player that I put a code in and forgot about it...then two years later the guy that bought it calls me up and asks me about the code. I did give it to him and he was back on his way.

My advice would to be to try a stereo shop with that brand model CD player.
