Why would it have no oil pressure

Check the pressure sending unit. If that is okay, you will need to use an actual oil pressure guage to determine that the pressure is okay. I believe it should be around 40 PSI, at a high idle (You can find actual specs in a repair manual). Some possible problems are worn oil pump, weak pressure relief valve, or something restricting oil flow. I hope this helps.

Oil pressure on gauge is only 150

Normal oil pressure is 40-60 psi. Could be bad pressure sending unit. Have oil pressure checked with a mechanical guage. If that reads high, you have other engine troubles.

What settings do I use for the VP201 compressor

Leave the compressor setting to the highest level. The other guage is to regulate the pressure output. For example if you need 40 PSI turn this regulator until this output is reached

Oil pressure gauge not reading on my 1994 jeep wrangler. oil is full just the guage has no pressure and not alot of power

The oil pressure specification for your engine is 13 PSI at idle hot, 37 to 75 PSI at engine RPM higher than 1600. I suspect your oil pressure gauge sender unit or gauge is inaccurate. I would have a known accurate mechanical oil pressure gauge temporarily screwed into the present oil sender unit to verify actual pressure.

If you have the correct pressure I would replace the sending unit first.

Where is the oil level sensor located? oil guage wiggles between 40 & 60 at idle and stays on 60 on the road.

That's not oil level you see on the gauge -- that is oil pressure in pounds per square inch (PSI). It is normal for the pressure to fluctuate when the engine RPM goes down. If it stays on 60 PSI on the road, you are very lucky -- that is excellent oil pressure!
