Printer connected and working properly. Problem comes when try to install the printer software from the CD. It gets 25% of the way through then I get this error message Fatal Error. Microsoft.MSXML2,version="220.127.116.11.",publicKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f", type="win32",processorArchitecture="x86". HRESULT:0x80070002
I tried what the error message suggested which was download the MSXML v 4 Service Pack 2 from Microsoft, installed that on my PC and restarted my computer and tried to reinstall the printer software. Still no joy.

un install the software and restart machine.then unplug it from the computer.
start the machine the insert the cd in the drive and install the software untill it ask you to plug the pri nter.
after complete installation please go to start menu and open printer and faxes and set it as a default printer.
if it refuses try print and change the printer type and it will work thank you.
Click Here for the driver you'll need for this printer, put in your operating system and it will give you the correct driver. Also, it's a good idea to start from scratch so wipe all the printer stuff off the computer that you have already tried. Hope this helps and if so please mark as FixYa!!
make sure you installed the software properly..sometimes some software requires you connect the printer first then install software...other times you install software first then install printer....make sure the settings are set up the same on the printer and computer....make sure all connections are secure..check owners manual...
Could have a corrupt driver. Disconnect
the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do
both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer
to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
