Same problem I have the Toshiba 37'' C3030/X3030 and exactly the same thing happened to my set, yesterday, Friday 19th June 2009. I've only had it 21 months so I am not at all happy and won't buy another Toshiba product.

    Thanks for your post. Why would my Toshiba have worked perfectly for 21 months and then suddenly not be able to display anything in its digital mode (the analogue still seems to be working although we no longer receive a signal here) if the problem is linked to my electricity circuit? I can still use the Toshiba TV as a monitor, i.e. I can still watch DVDs and TV through a separate Daewoo Freeview Receiver with its own Hard Drive.

Hi have been trying to find out about an order I place on 19th June


It is only the 25 June and it is a Sunday. Where did you order from where is it shipped from and where are you located. Drop ship orders from China take a month.

In normal circumstances, you order on the 19th, it is shipped on the 21st and you get the order 5 to 7 days later.

Contact the company via the confirmation email you received.

Does my Toshiba 65H14 TV need a digital converter box


If your TV is an older TV, everything changed when DTV (now meaning Digital TV) became the default on Friday, June 12, 2009. Older TV's (are analog, newer digital) require a converter box.

Toshiba 32'' C3030 Loss of Digital Channels


I have exactly the same problem happened around may/june time digital stopped working can't access menu every time it comes up for about a second or 2 then goes off, AV channels still worrk and analogue still works. I phoned toshiba last night (25th August) and they said it's not a known problem and that i would have to pay to have it fixed myself, i said that it is a problem with an update that they sent me and they said that it doesn't matter and its my problem not theirs, I have since sent them an angry email and am awaiting reply
