notify manufacturer or if know specs -in manual go to a store and buy --this is fixya we dont sell products

contact the manufacturer. they usually have help lines since these products can be safety issues. also check on line with google

Assuming this is a kind of crib (category), the drop side crib has been pulled from the market due to safety reasons. Check with Consumer Protection, put your model in, they may have a 'fix' for you.

I have a NORMA Cosatto cotbed, and have had it since 1993 when my daughter was born. But it was not new then when my mother bought it. I have all the fixings and screws, but one is broken. I do have a copy of the instructions for the cot but
I can't seem to attach the scanned copy of the instructions, but will try to photograph it and attach it to a second posting to see if it is the same cot.
I have considered selling it in the past, now that it has gone around the family, but had hoped to get a replacement screw before selling, but got the same response from Cosatto.

Can you see anything like sliders attached to the rails top or bottom on either side? If they are fixed into the head board at either end then probably not. If there are rails, try pushing the bottom of that side inwards while lifting the side slightly and it may drop. Make sure the mattress is not blocking it.

I have a Cosatto Bs 1753 1987 and I am finding it difficult to find a mattress for it can you help.
