If you mean phone number you'd have to ask FB. If you mean is there an account with that ID then no.

on most phones you can try this...open the photo you want on facebook then press and hold your finger on that photo,you should get a menu pop up that will give you the option to "share" click on share and pick facebook ( you have to be signed into facebook on your phone ) ..if that dose not work open the photo and click on the menu button on your phone ( pick share )

For reset your account password enter user name and click on forgot password or need help then give answer and you will receive verification code or link for reset new password .

I would suggest you to try to sign in another browser, eg: If you are using Internet Explorer then try to use it on Mozilla FireFox. If you still can't access it, try to clear the cookies and sign in again.

Open your facebook account. Click on Settings on the upper right side of the page. Click on the last option Deactivate. Now ur facebook account is deactivated. Now create another facebook account and when you log in dont save your user id password when the browser asks to save it.

And one last thing dont add your sister to your account else she will find it out.
