Hi the advice I received on Premium gave me the stages to remove the ink pads and clean them. This is done and they are back in.
I started the SSC Service Utility (No.9) on the list but the Reset Protection Counter option comes up with a red X next to it so I can't get any further. I still have both lights flashing. I can't then move to No.10 on the list.

Google or call tech support for instructions. Go to the website below and get a Waste Ink Container kit and a CISS while you're at it. Get a CISS for your printer. It will save you TONS of MONEY, never change a cartridge again and it will pay for itself in a month.
