After installing the Oracle Database 11g sucessfully, tried to start up the Listener Service (ORACL) but got the error message "Could not start the Oracle Service Oracl serviceon Local computer

error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

- To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.
