The ok and back buttons of the touchscreen pads are not working. Tried powering off and and on again, reset factory setting. This is the dual sim iphone clone with TV etc. Same areas of the touchscreen seem to work for other functions!

Do a Full Reset THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

1. Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10-15 seconds).
2. When you feel the vibration, immediately press and hold the Volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
3. Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order: Volume up , Volume down , Power , Volume down . Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.)

as daft as it sound sometime wifi can be to strongif you are too neer the wifi - try re-setting the router turn in on / off and try again, or factory reset the photo or go to the prestigio website as there maybe a firmware for the phone - i know they do support the phone to a resonable level

pres sand hold home and vlume up button and power key.when phne turns on release power key and keep holdg home and volume up button.will give and droid.pres home buuton and use volume keys to scroll to factort wipe.select na then select reboot.

continue to put in the wrong code and the phone will completely wipe out.

You have to save all your data first , then you have to format the handset by switch off and then pressing * and 3 and green button and the power button all at the same time un till it asks about country setting and time etc

my phone has dead when i activate speed sim so i press the power button the keypad light blink i have tried more time but his not ON

Sir I have SIGMATEL T99/S90 mobile. Accidently its flight mode has been activated.
Now I am unable to make any call. Menu button is not working while shortcut keys are

You must have damaged the screen somehow, no other explanation.
