The ok and back buttons of the touchscreen pads are not working. Tried powering off and and on again, reset factory setting. This is the dual sim iphone clone with TV etc. Same areas of the touchscreen seem to work for other functions!

There must be a problem in the LCD.. that's one problem you're surely going to have if you own a touch screen phone. Try not to use the touch screen in a few days, then check it if it worked afterwards... good luck!

Phone turned off itself and i turned it back on, it now says "try again in 538472 minutes"

Do a Full Reset THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

  1. Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10-15 seconds).
  2. When you feel the vibration, immediately press and hold the Volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
  3. Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order: Volume up , Volume down , Power , Volume down . Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.)

How do i unlock my tablet if i forgot my password?

If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. as daft as it sound sometime wifi can be to strongif you are too neer the wifi - try re-setting the router turn in on / off and try again, or factory reset the photo or go to the prestigio website as there maybe a firmware for the phone - i know they do support the phone to a resonable level
