Question about Inovix iMP-20 MP3 Player
It shows up all the files on the computer but they are empty.
When i try to put more music on it tells me that the Parameter is incorrect what is meant by this.
Then windows comes up with delayed write failed
I'm on my third IMP-1112 - they are clearly temperamental products!
I'm not familiar with your specific problem (mine were to do with it not being recognised by the computer, causing the computer to crash, not charging, etc.), but I have found that re-loading the firmware can often sort out its glitches.
Did you get a disc with the machine? You should have. Just follow the instructions to the letter. This will wipe any files on the player, so you'll need to reload them too.
I use Windows Media Player to load my MP3s onto it, after using WMP to rip them from my CDs. It has worked very smoothly for me - use 'Shuffle' to REPLACE the existing songs, or 'Sych' to just add.
When I plug my player into the USB port, I can open and move around the files just like on any other drive or storage medium.
So, try a Firmware reload first.
