Probably not.. It has probably not reached the proper postition. The machine must rotate to the proper postion and then the drum will unlock.. What happens when you push the button to release the drum.. Can you hear it turn?.. If it turns but does not unlock this means that it is not reaching position b.. so it will not unlock in the improper position.. if this is the case it is a timing issue.. If it turns and the light comes on and it does not release it could be the solenoid. either or..
