Ok if its a digital camera? that you are pluggin into usb port, look at the camera does it ask to connect to pc?, select yes on the camera, windows should detect the device and install the relevant drivers to communicate to your computer, then just go to my computer select your camera like a hard drive by double clicking and this should bring up your photos onto computer, I really need more info so if this doesnt work please feel free to get back to me.
