Mine just can't seem to pick up any channel after connect to cox cable. please help?

- Hi, Thank you for trying to help. I did put it on cable input with no luck and I also tried to auto program it, which it went all the way to 120, but it just act like there is no cable connected. "No Signal". Everything else works fine on the thing, do you think maybe the port for cable is bad/disconneted?Thank you so much

You may have to go into setup and ensure that the input is 'CABLE', If you have an 'INPUT' (or TV/VCR) button on the remote, try it.
