You may need to do what is called a hard boot. Without shutting it down, pop the battery out and wait five minutes. Pop the battery in and try it again. Sometimes you may just need to keep hitting refresh or make sure the WEP Security code is correct.

Internal Error Has Occured (80410A0B):
1. Possible device/software malfunction
2. Restart device / take out the battery
3. Restore default settings
4. If none of this works, you can send it back to SONY.
