How do you get to the throttle jets huskvarna 130BT blower

The 130 has a rotary style carb, so the only adjustment is down through the top of the throttle spindle, you will need a very small flat blade screw driver, the screw down here will lift or raise the needle in the carb, there may well be a plastic plug to remove before you can get deep enough to adjust it.

ECHO PB-250 blower new used one time carb.needs adj.can this carb.be adjusted

Your machine has a rotary-valve diaphragm type carburetor. These carburetors typically only have an adjustment for the IDLE speed with an available option to control the main jet with an adjustable mixture needle.

Here is the info on the Zama rotary-valve diaphragm carburetor.

http://www.zamacarb.com/prodlist.html#RB

Some have a small adjustment needle in the center pivot of the rotory part, under a brass plug...but most have nothing. Many end users and techs are complaining about the non-adjustable carbs. They are made this way to meet the more stringent EPA emissions codes that are getting tougher each year.

Jet adjustment where are are jet adjust screws?

There is no way to adjust the jets on these carbs, fuel metering is done by a fixed sized main jet. If you need to adjust you must replace the jets with either a larger or smaller size jet.
