The steam valve needs to be replaced, because the pins have been damaged from high pressure buildup, could have been caused from a very fine grind. You can also check the screen in the brew unit that might be blocked and causing the high pressure backup.

That is the machine is saying to empty the drip tray, pull out the tray on the side and wait until the red light start flashing then put back the tray.

is it the green flashing light? If so it is the thermostat that needs resetting. You can return it for repair, or I have made a website explaining how to do it yourself. http://odeago.zxq.net/Odea_Go_Repair/Welcome.html
