I have an Officejet\r\n7300 all in one series

I have an Officejet 7300 all in one series printer.
I cannot get the black cartridge
to go in. The wire stops it and
I think it may have punctured the
little printed circuit board at the
back of the cartridge. Is there any
help for me?
