The scam is designed to provoke YOU into providing personal information... DO NOT FALL for it.
THIS IS EXACTLY HOW IDENTITY FRAUD STARTS!!
Best thing you can do is contact any problematic business partners (Banks, Credit Card Companies, etc. ) directly though well KNOWN numbers...
and report any fraudulent activity...
MOST LIKELY there was not any.
If found... absolutely make a police report ...!
You don't have to PAY ANYBODY... ANYTHING for FRAUD PROTECTION.. Ir is the law... that it will be free (annually)..
Get your three FREE annual reports and read and verify that you... and only you have accounts open... with who... and where you live.
