Transfering pictures to my computer

Dear Rochellev,
When you say that you are not able to transfer images to your computer.. what happens exactly? Is it that there is an error message or computer doesn't recognize the camera or ??

Assuming that the camera has a USB port and computer is not able to recognize the camera... Here are the few things that you might want to check.
1) When you connect your camera to the USB of your computer and switch on the camera ... Does your computer recognize that an USB device has been attached to it? It would generally show a balloon on right hand side bottom corner in windows OS and would show a green arrow icon in the system trey when the device is ready to use.

2) Do you see any new drive letter in "My computer"?

3) When you right click on "My computer" --> Properties --> Hardware tab --> Device manager button ..
Under the USB devices do you see any Red "X" or "!" marks?

4) Does the computer recognize any other USB devices like printer and modem ...

If that doesn't help then please let me know the exact issue and I would be glad to assist you ahead..

make sure your camera is off when you hook the usb cable from your camera to your computer, then after doing so turn you camera on, wait a few moments, if nothing happens go to you destop to my computer and click on the removable hardware, it should work
also what program are you using and what operating system do you have?
