With the door on a flat surface.
Open (extend) the hinges and insert a small nail or pin in the holes in the sides of the hinges.
Then put the door on and remove the nail.

If your electric oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating element in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself...

Its the problem with bake ignitor, it has to be replaced.
Pretty easy, remove the floor, after unplugging, then 2 screws and 2 wire connections
Part cost is around $40 to $75 and is held in with 2 screws for the most part on these ranges. takes all of 25 minutes , only a screwdriver and a 1/4" nut driver is needed for it's replacement.
