Try placing you cursor on the text that you would like to print, hold the control key down then tap the PLUS key on the numerical pad a few times.
This should make your fonts larger so that they may print normally.

Why doesn't everything shown in preview appear on the printed page?

You need to look at your margins. Many times the screen preview extends beyond the margins. Many devices depending upon your print driver will not always print the same as on the screen. Change your margins to .5" on the document and then check the print. If you live in Southeast Florida Advanced business computers is a great source for help. try to check your configuration on your printer setup. maybe their are settings that are affected when you change your PDF file.

Other way around is to copy paste the article from PDF going to MS word.

WHEN I PRINT OUT MY E-MAIL IT IS SO SMALL I CAN NOT READ IT. IT IS MORE THAN TWICE AS SMALL AS IT IS ON THE SCREEN

Hi, The answer to this question likely revolves around what web browser you are using. However instead of using your browsers print function once in your inbox, I've included an image to a link in yahoo mail that says "print." This should format the message in a way that will greatly increase your the quality of your printing. The appropriate link is to the far right of the screen.

Font to small to read epson 740 printer

Font size? If it's below 5 pt., you must print with photo/best photo/photo rpm, with no high speed and micro (if available).

E Mail read out

2 possible and easy solutions to this problem.
1. If you need to keep the formatting, including the e-mail headers and other information, look for a Printer Friendly sign or an icon of a printer in the e-mail program itself. If your e-mail program doesn't have this (and it really should), consider opening another e-mail account with a well-known e-mail provider, google, hotmail, yahoo, etc. and send it to the new account and print it from there.
2. If you only want to print the text: click and drag on the page to select the text or click on the page and use ctrl-a to select all the text. Then cut or copy (right-click the selected text and select cut or copy) the text into a word editor such as Microsoft Word, Lotus, Notepad or the like and print it from there.
Good Luck!

Font size problem when printing documents

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer
Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading
Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
