It's the holiday season - take it back to where ever it was purchased and tell them you got it for Christmas and you would just like to exchange it for one that works. They have a 2 year warranty, if you want to go the hard way. You won't need a receipt, or a box. I spoke with Braun Customer Service and they advised me to just take, the one I had, back to the store where it was purchased, and get a new one. This is a great time of the year to exchange it. The Braun Customer Service number is 1-800-BRAUN-11. I'm glad, I just exchanged the one I had, because, my father says it's the best shave he has ever had.

THE NEC NOW REQUIRES YOU TO INSTALL A 4 PRONG PLUG 10-4-WG WIRE CONNECTED TO A 30 AMP DOUBLE POLE BREAKER THE PIG TAIL ON THE NEW STOVE MUST MATCH THE PLUG SO THE ONE OFF OF THE OLD STOVE WILL NOT WORK GET THE 4 PRONG PLUG AS WELL THE WALL PLUG WILL BE EITHER A FLUSH MOUNT OR A SURFACE MOUNT AS TO SAY IN THE WALL OR ON THE BASEBOARD SURFACE REPLACE WITH THE SAME AS YOU HAD BEFORE IT IS LESS TROUBLE IN THE LONG RUN THIS SHOULD ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS THE ELECTRICIAN NEEDS TO KNOW IF NOT LET ME KNOW

hi, not sure of the sharpener you have but to be honest it is very hard to sharpen blades getting the correct hollow grind is essential we receive lots of blades that have been ruined by other sharpening companies.

deary me , my first instinct would be to contact a lawyer or the CAB, failing that this a link to the energy ombudsman paste this into your browser address bar
some meters do have a built in log that can be read by specialist equipment , if this is possible it will show them how much electricty youve used since your entry date ( get copys of your rental agreements for dares etc ), usually a fee is payable if your found at fault ,

Your original symptoms sure sound like dying batteries. Brushes can wear out. Check if it runs better if you change the orientation of the shaver. Does holding it upside down make it work better or worse? If the speed changes, its probably the brushes. You can buy new brushes, but the Norelco repair place will probably give you a hard time since they want to repair it for you so you have to insist. I have made brushes for the shaver by filing down brushes from some other motor, but this is messy and doesn't always work.
