I have a urc3220 all four one universal remote

2749,2718,2745,2701,2783 are the codes to check with Philips brand TVs. If you wish to get more details, check this site. Pull up older posts there. Setup code list and setup proceedings to many popular brand remote controls are given. Three digit, four digit, five digits and two-digit code list are there. Check the site with patience. Do you mean the URC 3220 from One For All? The RCA codes programmed into the unit are 0047 0019 0018 0090 0679

Note: if the TV is a 20F512T, it was built by TTE for RCA in ~2006. The URC3220 was programmed in early 2006. This may mean that your remote doesn't have the code for your TV. Universal remotes usually only have codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. You may need a newer remote.
