This might have happened due to installation of some unwanted softwares or plugins. Try to uninstall some unwanted softwares from control panel. Run antimalware software. try to remove unwanted plugins

I tried going to the web page you wanted, www.canada.com. I was redirected to http://o.canada.com/ instead. Perhaps if you used this URL instead, you might have better luck. Sometimes the solution is simplier than we think.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Lay your computer on the side there should be a big button on top and also one on the bottom push both of these buttons and pull the sides back toward you.....it really takes two people to do this...
If this is not your type of case you can go to the dell website and they have instructions for different cases.

We can troubleshoot it and repair it. There is no doubt of that in my mind. But now that they admitted their fault, this is the time to make them fix your computer. If everyone would do the same thing the stealing of the customer's money will be decreased by a large measure. Again, if you want us to work on it, we are ready able and willing. But the truth must be told..... Thank you for your considering us and your choice to work with our service. My name is Constantin (arzconst is an internal nickname used with the Fixya.com).
