It's not really a problem, but the watch my neice gave me does not fit. I need to get one more metal link. Where can I get them?

I looked for the maker of your watch but was unable to find thier web site or who made it.

If you don't get any other more direct help, you could go to a supplier of straps, who might be able to supply a bigger one. The supplier below has a large range of straps and may be able to help.

Go to and
search their site.

They may have your watch under "special brands".

Otherwise you can search under sizes or types.

Have an Ann Klein #121641 wmwb Diamon Swiss watch. I need probably on extra link to make a little bigger. Where can I get it?

I recommend first contacting your local Certified Master Horologist. Many times they can provide these links for you hassle free. They will find the links for you, order them, and install them.

Otherwise, you can contact Anne Klein at:

1-800-937-0050 ext 205

They are open: M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm EST.

I hope this helps.

Where do I find a extra link to make my band bigger, and how much is it worth?

Most if not all watch repair stores and many jewelry repair stores will have extra links for your watch band. The price will range depending on the band you are trying to match.

Many times the best place to look for extra links is where you orginally purchased the watch, they might have links they are willing to provide for free or a very small nominal charge.

How do you shorten the band. I look inside and there is arrows but I don't know how to shorten it. I need some advice. Thanks.

you will need a watch pin pusher. if you look on the side of the watch links you will see holes with pins inside them, you need to push those pins toward the side where the arrow is pointing to . The heads of the pins are bigger on one side so they only go in one way , that is why they put the arrows to show which side you need to push them out and what side to put them back in.

you can buy a watch pin pusher online at low prices they are inexpensive and are great to have for the 4 dollar price tag. Beats getting it done for 15 or more dollars every time you visit the jewelry store.

How to remove links from invicta venom steel bracelet

on the small links, pop out the pin, either way, doesn't matter, then remove the bar sections (outer ingot looking part of link) by pushing the link inward toward where your wrist would be. The center scale looking piece will remain.

Then remove the sleeve which is slightly bigger in diameter than the pin, which is still connecting the center scale piece. I'll upload pix if anyone needs.

to put back together just reverse it. match up the two connecting center scale pieces, then insert the sleeve into them to connect them, then pop the ingot piece in from the center (where your wrist would be) then carefully slide in the pin, it should go halfway before you feel resistance, then carefully drive it home.

I think it will work with the bigger pieces as well, but didn't try, didn't need to remove any.

Adjust ladies citizen watch metal link band

If it is a metal link band, you can remove a few segments. Segments are connected by split pens. You should see a thinner end and a bigger end; or an arrow on the inside shows where the thinner end should be. Push the thinner end firmly with a pin or something until the big end pops out the opposite side.Use pliers to remove the pin.
