Ok so they didnt clock out. My next question is were you able to do the EMPLOYEE Report? If not, then you can edit him out. If you were able to Z the employee report then you need to find where he did not clock out and edit him out. To do so you go to the X-Z mode button once and highlight #7 and Press YES. Highlight Employee Edit and Press YES. Now find that Employee and edit his file by using the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN button to get to the correct date. Once this is done he should be able to clock back in!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You have to seize the RID master for you domain, appears to be removed from network or can't be contacted, you can use the next commands in order to get the actual (MYSERVER should be replaced by the name of you server

C:\WINDOWS>ntdsutil
roles
connections
connect to server MYSERVER
q
Select operation target

then you get the next response:

Server "MYSERVER" knows about 5 roles
Schema - CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MYSERVER,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=net
Domain - CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MYSERVER,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=net
PDC - CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MYSERVER,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=net
RID - CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MYSERVER,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=net
Infrastructure - CN=NTDS Settings,CN=MYSERVER,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=MYDOMAIN,DC=net
select operation target:

the interested server is RID - this must be the name of a actual server, if this server is permanently down the you need seize the rol, use the next guide:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc784077%28WS.10%29.aspx

if the server is an actual server you must review the event log in this server in order to get more clues of the error.

An employee forgot to clock in for an entire shift

pretty easy, just clock them in as normal, then go to timeclock management in the manager menu and edit the times in that field (they don't look like they are editable, but they are).
make sure to check that the displayed date-range is appropriate!

E-MAIL THROUGH COMPANY SERVER

Hi;

Few questions:

Which server are you using to deliver emails.. i.e. Exchange or Lotus notes?

What is this Sprint server and the function of it.. i.e. is it a firewall/spam filter etc?

For a quick fix, request your account to be on the Same BES server as the other employee's that have the Blackberry device working. Then work with your Techy guys to route through what the Sprint server is doing to stop your device from not functioning.

I hope this helps,

Let me know,

Thanks.
