We had the same problem and thanks to a woman who posted a solution in January, we were able to fix it at home at no cost. The solution is to pull out the unit, remove the panel on the left side of unit, tap on the clear box that is at the bottom of the unit ~ it has a float in there that got stuck, therefore signalling the dishwasher that there is a low water level. After tapping on that, the float came back up to the top of that clear box (we started the dishwasher before this procedure in order for the water to flow into the dishwasher). That's all it took. I then put a cup of white vinegar into the dishwasher to clean some of the gunk out of the unit. Our unit is only 1-1/2 years old. Hope this helps.

My Samsung 13Kg Top Loader WA13G7Q1 continuously drains out the water when the drum is being filled , what could be the problem

Either your in house drain pipe is too low or your drain pipe is down into the drain too far and this causes a siphon effect. Pull drain line up out a little at a time until it stops draining while filling. Good Luck!

How do i unlock my samsung dishwasher

It depends on the model. For example, IF you have a DMT400 series, although the light ABOVE the Low-Rinse-Aid light is lit, you press and hold the SANITIZE light for 3 to 5 seconds. Other models are different, but if you look closely at your dishwasher control console, you should see some small print that will say something like "Child lock/unlock, (Hold 3 sec)".

Where is the float switch on a dmt400 ?

There is no "float switch" per se, but the case-break assembly on the left side of the dishwasher takes the place of the float by measuring the amount of water going into the machine by spinning a small turbine.

How to remove the case sensor on samsung dishwasher dmt400

Unplug dishwasher. Remove panel on left-hand side (by removing 2 screws). Remove the water inlet valve baffle on the inside of the dishwasher by turning it counter-clockwise (use long-nose pliers). Tilt case-brake assembly out from the top. Unplug electrical connectors. Use pliers to loosen clamps and slide down the rubber hoses. Remove hoses, then remove case-break assembly.

Samsung washing machines water drains continously

The drain hose is too low, you need to lift the height of the drain hose as it is siphoning and won't be able to fill to the required level.
