Question about Microsoft Windows Live OneCare 1.5 for PC
One Care won't work, i downloaded it again but it does not recoginze my computer and i can't get into billing to reset
You have to log into Windows OneCare with the SAME windows LIVE ID login you used originally. Once you are in there you should be able to remove the old computer and add it again.
If this fails call Microsoft's technical support, but be ready to provide your Windows live ID and serial number.
