Question about Tablets & eReaders
After the startup screen seems to boot up correctly, a blue error screen comes up. The screen isn't even on long enough to read it. It shuts down and tries to start up again. It does that over and over until it's shut down.
Which OS do you have? Have you tried booting to safe mode?. Restart the computer. Immediately after the BIOS post ends, start tapping the F8 key repeatedly. when Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select safe mode and see whether it boots completely without blue screen(BSOD)

SOURCE: Trouble booting!
You could attempt to boot to safe mode, and run the Start> System Recovery > PC Recovery Application.
Otherwise, I'd boot to safe mode, select start, run, type: msconfig, select the startup tab, remove any unwanted startup items that may be causing the system crash.
Hope this helps.

goto your device manager and then find your display driver and update it. Dont search for it, manually locate the driver being in the location where you extracted the driver. Then update. and bingo!

You will, at the very least, need to have the screen and screen cover replaced. If the hinges also damaged the bottom case to which they are attached, then it too will need replacing.
If you can't get it repaired locally, let me know.
