Question about Dual XDVD8181 Car Video Player
My dual xdvd8181 in dash reciever is sendin feedback to my subwoofers
through the subwoofer single out put.. when i used a Y spliter it send
feed back to the subs but when i pull out one of the rcas from the y
splitter the feedback stops. i tired to use a single rca from the single rca output to the amp and connected a y splitter (1 female 2 male). and i am still reciving feedback . any other ideas?
#1 you need a ground loop isolator to put on the RCA cables. that should fix the problem... put one off the amp leading to the sub also cause that will also fix it these gorund loop isolators can be picked up at any electronic installer shop.., you might be able to find them at radio shack to but i would not buy those cause they dont work as well as the better ones, i would suggest any auto alarm radio installer shop.... hope this helps you...

use a "y" adaptor on the amplifier inputs instead of the headunit output. In other words run a single rca line from the headunit to the amplifier but connect to a one female into two male y adaptor before connecting to the amplifier
