Question about Kenmore Microwave Ovens
I am trying to replace my ceran glass maintop. This is a Kenmore range part # 316282939. I found instructions and it says to remove the screw that secures the green ground wire to the range. Then remove the screw next to it securing the wiring harness strap. I don't see any green ground wire? So I am stuck not able to remove this maintop. Can you help?

SOURCE: Would this work or burn
This should work just fine as long as the breaker it is going to is at least 20 amps as this is the amount of amps that both fans would be drawing at once if the were both on. The 12/2 wire should be plenty to supply the 20 amps needed for the fans.

Yes it can be replaced. Using your model number at an on line parts store you can see diagrams and parts list and order it. Here are a few.

Turns out one of the unique problems with your type of ignition system is that the spark module is susceptible to noise on the electrical line.
According to the manufacturer Service pointer, the solution to this problem is to install the ferrite bead kit to reduce line interference (electrical noise) from the direct spark ignition module.
You should also make sure there is nothing wrong with the wall outlet and the circuit breaker for the range,

SOURCE: i removed an outdoor light
If your old light was all plastic, as I suspect it was, there was nothing to ground. Your new light evidently is all or part metal. Fasten all the green/copper wires together and make sure the metal bar inside, if one, is also connected. Use a wire nut to make the connections. My preference is to attach a separate wire to the metal mount bar and then fasten all three ground wires together using the wire nut.
I hope this helps you ... Thank you for your interest in FixYa.com
