Question about Sony KDL-26ML130 LCD TV
I only find a "cable" option on the input menu. Should there be an antenna option? My scan is not picking up any channels I am so sorry. If it is ok with you? I will try to dash by during a lull in today's activities and take a huff of his breath? And a look at his throat? For now? And just for a couple of days. I suggest a morning, afternoon and evening check on the breath and tonsil bump issues, to see if the *time of day, *activity or just *general use of his throat, )maybe even *before and *after eating as well), might be what sets off the condition. If we find that we have valid concerns then an insistant trip back to a doctor seems warranted. I only take it this far because I do not believe that your instincts are wrong and that you DID see that bump. I have also been troubled by his stomach complaints. I talked with him, just briefly, about it at Mikuni on Saturday. Right after we, well THEY, (he & Ellie), finished eating all 3 of them wanted to go to the bathroom. During that jaunt, Jack again after a meal, complained of a bad stomach. In an effort to clarify whether he was truly feeling badly or asmis always the case? They were done and we, the adults were not I only find a "canle" option in the input menu. Should there be an "antenna" option? My scan is not finding any channels
Download the user manual to this set by this link. It has all details. If on-air channels are note selected during an auto-search; check and replace its tuner. Electro help

We have Comcast and we plugged the cable straight into our Bravia, searched for Digital Channels and it found 131. We actually get all the HD channels that we had using the box, plus a few more. It's worth a try.

Try resetting the TV by holding down the "up" button on the remote (with the TV powered on) and then, while you hold down the up button on the remote, hit the power button on the TV. This should do a "factory reset" which will wipe all settings in the TV. There is no reason why the TV should not "remember the last input it was on when it was ;last turned off. Also be sure that the TV is not plugged into a switched AC outlet, like the outlet on the back of the cable bix. The TV should be plugged into an output that receives power at all times.

THis is not a solution but a similiar issue. I have had a scientific Atlantia Cable card with comcast for 3 years no problems at all. Spent the entire day trying to switch to Verizon today. The signal comes across for about 10 seconds, pixelates and then fails. This happen after every start. We have checked the lines, tried 2 cards and reduce the signal. We gave up for today- installed the old Scientic Atlantic, reassigned it to comcast and all works fine Any and ALL suggestions are most welcome Thanks
