Go to the site and navigate 'Whats new' and you can get many more tricks from there..

probably the best solution is to set your windows default printer to the one you want to use.. then when/if you print in windows select the other printer.. just a quick thought

On CD or back of packaging. If you registered it, e-mail or call the company. They will accomodate you.

The following link deals with the same problem saying that the problem is a know compatibility problem with Vista, so by my guessing it won't be any different in 7.
